Yes. Our standard ratio is one trainer per 25 participants.
If your group exceeds this number, we can arrange for additional trainers to ensure everyone receives the attention and support they need.

Yes, cancellations are accepted with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled training date.
Cancellations made within 14 days may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

We understand that plans can change. You can rebook your session with no additional charge if you notify us at least 14 business days in advance.
For last-minute changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to trainer availability.

Most of our courses do not require prior experience. However, some advanced or workplace-specific courses may have prerequisites.
We’ll clearly outline any requirements during the booking process.

Yes. First aid training involves practical, hands-on components, including CPR performed on the floor.
Participants must be physically capable of kneeling, bending, and performing chest compressions on the floor.

Certificates are issued as soon as possible. Digital certificates are delivered within a day after successful course completion.
They are delivered electronically via email and are nationally recognised.

CPR (HLTAID009): Recommended annually

First Aid (HLTAID011): Recommended every 3 years

Childcare First Aid (HLTAID012): Recommended every 3 years, with CPR updated annually
